This lush greenhouse wedding had all the elements of a secret garden. Livia and Amir dreamt of a whimsical greenhouse theme for their intimate, romantic wedding. The greenhouse on the grounds of the historic Oatlands plantation in Leesburg, Virginia was a dream to design. Fun fact: it is one of the oldest greenhouses in America that is still operational!!
To achieve the vibe of a romantic secret garden, the interior of the building was covered with lush Smilex vine from the ceiling. Their color palette consisted of pale blues and greens and was achieved by using lush textural greenery, moire silk ribbon, vintage sterling silver, blue Delphinium in multiple shades, and whimsical touches of ripe blueberries. A collection of blue and white Chinoiserie vases on the fireplace mantle completed the look!
