This butterfly-inspired Editorial was inspired by the symbolism of these beautiful winged creatures representing rebirth, love, and hope!
The setting, the iconic Larz Anderson House in Washington D.C., offset the periwinkle, peach, blush, and buttery yellow tones of the floral designs. The ceremony was designed in the round to represent unity and completion. The floral arrangements cascaded down a dramatic tablescape with taper candles in the palest lavender. Handwritten place cards in a butterfly shape completed the design. The brides carried coordinated bouquets of lime green-hued Hosta leaves with lavender Japanese Sweet Peas, Roses and Scabiosa and Ornathagulum Star Flower
