My bride Ivy absolutely loved deep saturated color and wanted to highlight that with a Secret Garden-inspired wedding. This wedding during Covid was for a small family group on a hillside as the sun set over the Virginia countryside. It was followed by champagne and wedding cake served at the cottage on The Goodstone Inn grounds in Leesburg, Va.  Following that celebration, the couple celebrated with a 5-course meal for two overlooking the pool. Laura Held of Ida Rose Events included lovely details reflecting a garden theme with delicate etched floral vine glassware and linens with whimsical gold bees on the napkins. Their table was covered with an en masse garden collection of floral stems and blooms which surrounded their place setting and continued around the base of the table.
